We don't expect you be unhappy with our products, as we value the quality in products we sell and in delivery services our suppliers provide, but of course there may be a situation that requires a return.
To return a product you purchased from us, all you need is to contact us using one of the methods:

We are a Swedish entity, and comply with Swedish and EU consumer laws. Thus, you have 14 days since the moment you received your delivery to make your mind and return your purchase.
Please note that you may not use items that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days of free use.
IMPORTANT: The return must be completed not later than 30 days from the moment of shipping.
IMPORTANT: Perfumes we sell can only be returned if the box remains sealed and original packaging is intact.
IMPORTANT: Please never send returned goods directly to the address you received them from. We are fully responsible to handle your return, our suppliers will merely assist us. Contact us first, we'll arrange the best way to do it. Depending on the situation, we'll provide you with an address of return.
The shipping cost of your original delivery is not reimbursed, we only reimburse the cost of the items you return, and the cost of your return delivery when you report it to us.
You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we or our supplier made an error.
